Collection Details

• Set out up to two 13-gallon bags tied off at your front door by 5 PM on collection days.
• Untied bags, more than 2 bags per collection, or containers over
  13 gallons will not be picked up.

Payment Details

• Payment must be paid in full by the start of service for each month.
• Month-to-month commitment; cancel any time with one week's notice.

Service Details

• Service is credited based on the schedule, not by usage.
• During dangerous weather conditions, pickups may be postponed for safety. We will reschedule as soon as it is safe to do so and will keep you informed of any changes. 
• No refunds or extra days will be provided for missed set outs.
